I have the depo projectors and thought the cut off was OKAY but now that i bought projector foglights that cut off is wayyyyy cleaner than my depos. Now my question is, how difficult is it to retrofit the FX R into the depo..? Has anyone used the FX Rs to retrofit yet??

Several of us have these lights. I'm not aware of anyone who is disappointed with theirs. They are not as good as the OEM Bi-Xenon lights but they are a fraction of the cost. When you get them, be sure you have Xenon=present programmed by a Star Diagnostic computer.

Yep! You know more about the Star Diagnostic system than I do (I know almost nothing) but that's what has to be done. The setting is "xenon=present".

I just got my depo headlights in yesterday and im really satisfied with them, These headlights are really nice. I had no trouble putting them on. They look good, especially if u have the old fogged up original lights. All the lights work. I had them install 6000k instead of 8000k.

you don't want more than 6k because after that you lose light output visibility. it may seem brighter from the outside but inside the car you can't see as well. 4300 gives you the best visibility since it produces the most natural light output.

On my E55 OEM lights i was just able to swap out the OEM lens for the ZKW-R lens to get better lighting and cutoff. If I swap out my halogen C230 lights for these Depos could I not just swap out the lens and better better performance? I just dont see the point of buying these and then a set of proj housing/lens and having to modify it all to fit.

If this has been answered sorry but there is so much around reading it all was taking some time.
