2002 White C230 Kompressor Coupe(Black Interior)
![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I am planning to change my factory bulbs to all PIAAs. I was reading my manual the other day and read something about how when changing bulbs it has to be programmed with the computer(???) I not sure if I read it wrong but what do you guys think... anyone changed their bulbs with no problems?

Lynn is correct, unless you change the whole headlight unit to xenon, changing the bulb will not affect the computer.

Before you buy the PIAAs, have a look at Timmy's lighting FAQ. He has a good compaison of different bulbs and also pics of the HID conversion. I think a few people have commented that the PIAAs are overpriced and not as good as some of the other bulbs available. I just changed my city lights to Max Super Whites and they look much better than the stock.
