Has anyone been to Rusnak Mercedes?
Received this coupon in the mail. Service A=$99.95, Service B=$189.95
These are very good deals but I've never taken my car there. They have two locations, Arcadia and Pasadena. I was wondering if anyone has been there and their experiences. I'll be in Arcadia in a couple of weeks and was thinking of taking my car there.

I know where they are but I've never used them. However a coworker uses the one in Colorado Blvd in Pasadena for his old Rolls and he loves it. Last one I used was Penske next to the 10 freeway. Some kid drove out my car and stalled it three times before I got to him and started yelling. He didn't know how to drive stick.

i service my car at Rusnak Arcadia. IMO they are better than other dealership because the service dept is smaller with fewer service advisor which takes care of you more because they don't have to help that many people.

Took my car to the dealership where I bought my car (Smythe) and charged me $260 for Service A, don't even want to know what they would charge for Service B.

That is what I'm saying... except I paid $350 for Service A. I have Service B coming up in about 900 miles. Man... screw Alaska... everything is expensive here.

Fate!! Just this morning I had a surprise message "Service A due in 30 days". Called my dealer here in Long Beach and and was also $189.95. (No coupons)
They also had excellent service on my Service B.

The ONLY good thing about Penske is they have a soda fountain for FREE.went to HOI...done and free. this was when my sis's car was under warranty. and then the service advisor i used left HOI, so i started going to Rusnak after hearing good things from my friend.
