W203/CL203 Aftermarket Wheel Thread - All you want to know
#6026
ZedStyle, when you have a minute. Would you mind taking a direct front pic of your wheels in a decent resolution? All pics online are in an angle. I'll then post on the P-Chop Thread and hopefully someone can p-chop them into my car. I'm just curious what it'll look like.
edit: here's a side shot off the net, incase it helps

which is perfectly fine, to each his own.
but can i ask why you decided to use the 'rolf' smiley?
actually... yes! many europeans and even japanese will buy or trade you their euro spec parts for your us spec... things like side markers etc.

Are replica BRABUS wheels decent?
I'm looking to buy some Brabus Monoblock VI wheels (I'd like the one piece if I can find some because I don't like the look of the screws), but unless some used ones pop up I can't afford to buy new ones. So the replicas seem like a logical choice, but I want to know if there's any reason I should avoid buying the replicas. Like as in do they not balance worth a crap or other issues.

4 wheeled car.
no they are fine. They are 1 piece cast vs 2 piece. I don't know the making process on the REAL Brabus, but it's not forged last I checked, so who cares really. I've had several replica sets (lol) and none ever had issues. Buy with confidence. On the flip side I've bends sets of iForged and HRE, but NEVER a replica cast wheels.

Yeah, I knew the replicas weren't really two piece, but I guess most people like that look and that's why the replicas are like that. I found the replicas for $899 with free shipping for two 18x8.5 (32mm offset) and two 18x9.5 (38mm offset). I think they should fit according to that list I found in the wheel thread. Or I can go $1399 with Nexen N3000 rubber, but they said I can get other brands (I'm looking at the Yokohama S.drive).

heres an exemple :http://www.wheelsnext.com/wheels-tir...%20Silver.html
they are more expensive than yours but if you can afford good replicas go for it....

Yeah! wait for Frank - We know ET37 works with an AMG 18" wheel - but 40 - I have no idea.

white and whiter
9.5 on ET30 should be fine since you'll be either running 245 or 255 on the 9.5 width which will stretch the sidewall a bit and allows better clearance. I would still recommend if you can get them in 18x9.5 ET35 or 18x9 with ET30-38 range.
