In that picture of the 255 tire, it looks like the Wheel is exposed a bit. I think it still looks good but 265 tire looks better I think. Too bad for all the trouble of lowering and shaving, etc. problems with it. Just have to deal with it I guess

265 - possible rubbing with 2 adults in the back ... nothing in the trunk. cant use all 5 seats ... might need shaving which could do serious damage if not done right ... and no lowering

255 - little bit of an exposed lip and poss. lowering

i think ill go 255 too razor. it doesnt look that bad on that picture. sadly i cant find ANY close up shot, but thx for the picture frank.

now i just gotta get this solved with these missing bolts. let me know when you got anything razor, okay?

I'm getting my wheels tomorrow according to the tracking number so I will be shopping for bolts at my local auto store. If you find the right size before me KICKR, let me know so I don't get frustrated

Also, I will be getting 255/30/19 and 235/35/19 like FrankW's picture from above post. A bad decision will be very costly I think because who the hell will buy my rear tires if I don't like the 265 ones. Too much of a hassle and the 255 looks good from that picture. I wish you could give us a closer shot Frank so that we can analyze it closer

KickR, what centercaps are you using? I'm going to buy take a look at the Benz CenterCaps at the local wheel shops by me that will definitely have them. I can't wait another 2 weeks for shipment of centercaps from Ebay.

Oh well. I got 265/30/19s. I'll let you all know how it goes. They go on the rims Friday. By the way, the best guidance I've been given so far on lugs is 12x1.5 tuner lugs. I'm going all keyed in chrome, and will buy the black caps for them. Wish me luck.

from what i heard 4 ppl is the MAXIMUM you can seat ...

but maybe than ill have some additional stuff in the back which would probably rub then and im not willing to take that risk.

now for the front ones we can use the normal 8.5 bolts right? it's just the back that makes trouble correct?

what tire brand you gonna get razor? because the goodyears dont have 255/30/19 but only 255/35/19

The lug nut is confusing to me. The 12X 1.5 Tuner Lug looks really long. Are you sure that is the absolutely correct one that we need to buy? Than they do make these in Black to match the wheel so you don't have to buy caps for them. The front ones I have to see if they have them in black.

I'm getting Toyo's like this one:

OK, I am getting really frustrated. My local shops don't sell the lug bolts, the dealer has different lengths but doesn't know which length goes with my rim. They won't mount and balance because it is not MB. Sooooo....

Frank, can you at the least get a spec for the bolt? I know you are hesitant to provide the lugs themselves, but the manufacturer should know what bolt goes with these things. I thought 12x1.5 was the answer from a previous post, then a subsequent post questioned that.

Are the Bremmas pretty much the same? If so, can someone give us the spec? I am sitting with the goods and no way to mount them, and the C55 is on a spare due to a flat tire last week.

Every shop, dealer, etc that I've talked to says that the wheel manufacturer or shop should at least provide the spec for the bolt. Anyone else have this figured out?

Suddenly questioning my decision to go this route... Frank, not a knock against you at all. You were easy to do business with. The spec for these is imperative though. Will you check with the mfg please?

So I cancelled my order for my Brabus VI's because everyone seems to have them around me. I am looking at the 1/16s. I need to know if a 19x8.5 ET 38 will clear my 2006 C 230 AMG calipers. Thanks.

These are exactly the same wheel as the TSW BREMMA which use the same short bolts. Bolts spec are M12x1.5x 52L for the rear and M12x1.5x 70L for the front. Just got these from manufacturer after being trying to get a hole of them for a while.

This is a frustrating ordeal for me as well because I've only mentioned that if the manufacturer can provide bolts for free you guys will get them OR I will do my best in helping locating the bolts. However because the wheels has been all shipped out I have no 19x9.5 to test which bolts they would need, so it's even hard for me to find out exactly what they need.

How 'bout you take a look at FrankW's thread and ask him? Sound like a good solution?

Once again, I got my wheels today and am very happy. But DAM!, these wheels are heavy. I never had 19"s before and this is my first time.

There was a small dent on the lip due to shipment and I know its not your fault Frank, but it should be OK after I put some tires on.

Can someone explain to me what the 52L and 70L measurement is? 52mm & 70mm?

The next step is the tire ordeal. 255 and what brand.

New wheels!

Sorry guys, I was just too excited about my new wheels and I just had to post some pics. The wheels are 19x8.5 front and 19x10 in the rear. It has a 2.5in lip on the front and 3.25 in the rear. There are some fingerprints on the wheel so excuse the spots. I will clean them after install. Anyways enjoy the pics!

https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...7&page=3&pp=50

I guess I can't upload the same pics.
