Sold C240, bought a Land Rover LR3 (happy and sad)

Sold C240, bought a Land Rover LR3 (happy and sad)
I have been looking to sell my C240 for a little while now, the added warranty finally went up and i wanted something a bit newer. I ended up test driving a Land Rover LR3 last night and fell in love with it. so this morning i drove over an hour to look at one and ended up buying it.
I traded in my car to a lexus dealer, they offered $11k for it, which was generous compared to a lot of other offers from other dealers. (considering i ripped the entire headliner out and it has been in a small fender bender recorded on carfax.) the headliner is off, the yellow glue is showing. I honestly and truly do not think they even noticed, they did not even get into the car. The accident was not my fault either.
What do you all think of $11k? is that good for this car being a trade in?
I miss it already, ill always be a mbworlder lol. Hopefully ill be back owning a benz soon. But for now, here is my new toy!

sorry i havent gotten back. thanks for the compliments, i like it so far. it is fun, a lot more room, and really clean and well kept. i didnt get a range rover sport cuz they are still kinda pricey. probably my favorite suv though, maybe ill get one of those next
it is not bad on gas, im getting 15.5 right now, and im still getting used to it. my c240 got exactly 20 which was averaged on the screen from the past 10k miles i drove. so between the two, 15mpg and 20mpg, its not too too big of a difference. oh well, at least gas has come down abour 30 cents here
were at about 3.70 now for reg.
here are some updated pics...
