SOS Help: How can i remove W203 headlamps??
SOS Needed!
I just unscrewed two bolts each side of my W203 headlights. I could feel the movement, but i couldn't remove the headlights out. Both cables have been dismantled.
Pls advise whether i have missed out any other bolts or nuts?

How to remove the Headlight Height Adjustment Cable out from the headlight??
Bro,
Managed to remove the bumper. But, the next problem i am facing now is the CABLE for headlight adjustment (from the old current headlight). How can i remove this cable?
The new OEM crystal headlight does not have this. How to connect the cable?
Have a look at the following photos:

Bro,
Managed to settle it. In fact, what i did was to apply a bit of force to pull out the knob. This knob has a cable connected to adjust the height of the headlamp from internal cabin.
Well, it was really a long journey for me to complete it almost 12 hours, which include changing the front projector fog lights and HID Xenon kit conversion + light tuning.
So, here are the photos:

Then, i can have complete HID xenon for front lights. The bumper is non-AMG and it was the stock bumper for year 2003 (before face lift).
Cheers!
P/S: this is the eBay weblink:

awesome - will be looking forward to the pix soon. I think the projector fogs for non amg bumpers is something pretty new... Can we get pix w/ just the fogs on and w/ just the headlights on + w/ both on?

This Projector head lights have been around in eBay for quite some time. I browsed through the web site and saw it. The seller is very responsive and helpful. There are some cheaper ones, below USD80. But, quality is not as good as this. I was skeptical at the beginning with the Taiwanese products. However, this projector headlight focus well and bright!
Yes, it was a 9006 bulb type. So, you just need to fit it with similar HID bulb+ballast and it should work, brighter and last longer than standard halogen bulb.
For the look itself, it makes the car look different. Would be better if they add ANGEL EYES on it! Hahaha... But, too much of rewire work needed.
This projector headlight is plug and play.

Reasons:
1. First time DIY it and did it alone.
2. Some difference of headlight model (with height adjustment) which was not mentioned in the pre-given guide line. So, i have to figure it out myself.
3. Include DIY of HID modification, rewiring, projector fog light installation.
4. Went out to buy some tool kits! Short of those TX25 screw driver set, etc...
First side took me slightly longer time to do so, but the other side was quick!
No, i had no time to take a quick nap at all. Hahaha...

thx for the reply. that's where i'm getting mixed up in my head. i saved the
photos (4, 5, 6, 7) of your new headlights and no matter how I tried to view,
i'm still seeing reflector design and not projector. can you confirm that either
the larger, outside headlight beam, or the smaller, inside beam is really projector?
maybe i need new glasses.

Reflectors use a chrome or metal coating in the head light bowl to reflect light. Projectors use a metal reflector and a glass lens to focus light.
Below is a pic of my head light using tsx projectors.
