Service B today, what to expect?

Hello fellas, I have an appointment today for the Service "B". What will be done to the car? Please don't tell me to RTFM, I don't have it on me. Also, I've noticed cracked buttons on the steering wheel - should I bother them (service) to fix it??

Thanks!

I have a cracked up-arrow button. Service B is 3300 away.

To people that have had buttons replaced, did the new buttons crack yet?

i have a cracked up-arrow too. i just had it looked at by the dealership yesterday. they're gonna order me that piece on the steering wheel. if it cracks again, i'll just get a new one again. i can keep this game up until the warranty runs out. i plan to be as picky as i can until the warranty is up.

Just had my B service..

Oil change
Filter + syn oil .... for some reason san diego MB uses Val syn 0w30
Dust filter
wind shield wiper blades and fluid
+ general inspection which i doubt they do...

somehow they ended up cutting my interior and denting my alum trim... so now i gotta waste time and go back for them to replace it.

A new air filter is covered by MB, but does not usually need replaced until 60k miles according to my service advisor. Mine was replaced at Service B. My MB Tech and I have a good relationship (small dealer).
