Won't Believe What I Saw At The Car Wash!
I've seen a few of these on the road over the years. Yeah, most likely the rear end/trunk was involved in an accident. All of the ones I've seen, the lettering was not at the correct OEM height on the trunk lid. Funny...the car has E55 rims too.
Wow advans...a real CLK240. That's neat. Cool to see what's out there in the ROW. I thought I remember hearing of an S320, even here in the US. Wonder if they make an S180 for some part of the world

They could have done it themselves or brought it to one of those quicky lube shops to have them do an oil change and "complimentary" tire rotation.

When I had my old car (1993 Ford Probe GT), the GT model came with directional rims. And most of the time, I bought directional tires to go with them. I'd bring them to a shop to have them mounted, and I can't tell you how many times I would tell these people that they were directional wheels and directional tires (read the "MOUNT THIS SIDE OUT" or the >>>>>>ROTATION markings on the sidewall). I would come back, and not only were the left wheels on the right side, or 1 right wheel on the left side and 1 left wheel on the right side, or any combination of these, but the tires were also mounted incorrectly.
It wasn't the same shop either, but several different ones over the years. One of them being a major US chain store.
