Wagons Ho ! Let's see some W203 wagons.

After evaluating the situation, it could have been a lot worse
But the driver of the pickup decided to leave the scene without stopping
Positively though, myself and my dog riding with me were unscathed, albeit shook up
I was able to pull into a parking lot and change the left front tire/wheel, drove the car home
and took a closer look at things:
Busted tire (from being pushed onto curb), curb/metal rash on 3 wheels, bent right tie rod, bent right front fender, and a lot of tire rash.
Fast forward 3 weeks, and Bertini's Motorcars in The Woodlands
replaced the tie rod, reset the ESP, and aligned the car. Mother's Polishing Compound and a lot of elbow grease by yours truly cleaned up the car from most of the tire rash So this set into motion my plan to update the car, starting with a full DEPO headlight/driving light set, and clear marker lights. Here are images of the result:

While I was at it, decided to top it off with an emblem change, courtesy of MB North on I 45 and FM 1960
I have the stock bulbs for the time being, but that will change soon. Meanwhile, I LOVE how it changed the look of the car. Stay tuned

LOVE THE NEW LOOK ! With the flat badge and clear projectors and fogs it looks like a whole new car. Congrats ! Definitely keep us posted.

The USA is SUV crazy, so wagons have lost popularity. Personaly, i think wagons are the best of both worlds.
Take it easy, Greg
Here is a picture of my ride, living in Helsinki Finland.
The winter tires are all 225/45R17.
