First things first - & no I don't have the procedure
But:
Presume yours is a South African assembled car?
Does it have the correct wiring harness with all prewiring in place - especially to the door control pads, mirrors & steering column - this was a combined package. If not this upgrade is not practical. - will cost you a fortune.
Do this homework first.

When I lived in Sydney I noticed a few Bremen assembled W203s. & since we've taken over W204 assembly for USA your W204's are from Germany.
Anything is possible on these cars - Some things are just not practical due to cost or whatever.

Also assume that you have the connections under the seat and in the doors. Installing the seats should be a simple unbolt>remove>replace with new seats>bolt back down. Do you have the whole door panels or just the piece that holds the switches? I can't remember if they are separate or not. See if the panel holding the switches pops out by looking at your replacements. If you need to remove the door panels there's several posts about how to do it....definitely read them because it's not obvious and you can break tabs trying to force things. Once you get to the door wiring just match up connectors and plug and play.

Thanks - mleskovar. If it has the correct wiring harness it should be easy - If not PITA!

Sorry to bring up this old thread, but R207, where you able to get the retrofit done? If so, do you have any steps?
I am going to attempt to retrofit C32 AMG seats onto my C240 (half electric / manual seats)
Does anybody know if the heated seats function will work as well if I transfer over the modules from a C32 AMG? Much coding through STAR?
