Custom Double Projectors BIX! ( Pics...)
Had some free time to take some pics.
The BIX projectors are aftermarket and these were installed to my OEM clear headlights without cutting/damaging the headlights. It can be reversed anytime if I want to.
The output is MUCH better compared to my original OEM clear headlights with H7 HID kit. I can see ALOT better when driving at night now. I was hoping for a 6 lanes spread output, but a CLEAN 4.5 lanes spread of output is enough
Should've taken some pics of high beam output, but pretty much it works just like any OEM BIX. The projectors are lifted up everytime I high beam..
Parts: 2 pairs of 2.2' projectors, 2 sets of 6000K D2H HID kits, 2 pairs of 8000
K helos and 1 set of 6000K HID fogs.
The helos are too blue for my taste and they'll replace em with 6000K helos once they have it in stock. The helos act as my city lights now.
PICS:
Helos only:
Helos + Fogs:
Helos + Low beams:

PBOI: Hmm pretty much it's smth like this, they opened up my headlight,
removed both reflectors (low and high), installed the H7 2.2' BIX
projectors through the same openings, did the wiring as helos would be
my city lights, high beam would be the additional lows and high beam
would use 4 projectors lifted up like regular OEM BIX and DONE!
nlpamg: WOW if you like my custom, then it must be pretty good, THX Phil
Glocati: THX man, appreciate it, but I still think it could look better if the
\ helos aren't too blue, still waiting for the white/blue helos from em.

some halogns aren't bad. Thats why i asked for wall pics.
here's a integra halogen projectors with a pnp hid kit on the top.
s2000 hid projector in the middle and and last pic, optimally you want your cut off to look like this. HID projectors have sharper and wider beam.

These BIX projectors are actually plug and play projectors from the box that come with 6000K D2H HID kit. The bulbs are actually bolt on by screws into the projectors. I assumed these projectors were built specifically for HIDs since you can't fit halogen bulbs into these projectors.
I'll still take some pics tho
Do halogen projectors lift its projectors when high beam is used? Mines are lifed up whenever high beaming just like regular OEM BIX, that's why I kept calling my projectors are BIX projectors OR maye HID projectors in your words.

Glyn: THX , they actually did a good and clean job
Wavey/Midnight/Mugenx: I knew I would've got this comment because it's a
Bimmer thing I know , plus this coupe guy also did
this to his OEM BIX and some members didn't like
it. I actually don't like these ricey blue halos too,
but I think it would look alot better if these halos
were white/blue. I'm actually still waiting for these
white halos from the shop.
Sick: THX! Looks is important, but better ouput was what I was looking for.
Mugen: HAHA turn signals? I was actually going to do the foglight projectors
too, but they were out of stock. I might do them in the future. I
have an ugly output out of my HID fogs and clear lens. The output
was alot cleaner and evenly spread when I still had my frosted.
