203 wheel LUG bolts / torque / pattern / sockets - All you want to know
I would like to dress up my C7 wheels with chrome plated
lug bolts. Anyone know a supplier?
Another possibility is covers, plastic chrome plated.

Wheel Lug Torque for C320
I posted this in the wheels/tires group so hopefully I don't get banned for double-posting

I purchased some aftermarket wheels for my C320 and was wondering what the torque specifications are. I've been told 80 and 90...so i'm wondering what the correct setting should be.

MB coupe.
I asked this when I bought my car. It has the C7 Evolution package, the salesman had to ask the service department.
They advised me to torque wheels to 96 foot pounds, gave me a piece of paper with the specs on in metric, and the conversion pencilled in.

Lug bolt thread size/pattern
Does anyone know the thread size/pattern for the lug bolts on the C320?
I think most German cars are 1.5x14 but want to make sure.
Also what type of bolts do the OE 7 spoke wheels use? Cone or ball seat?
I would RTFM, but my dad has the C320 and I'm doing some research for him.

I have a set of 16" wheels w/ winter tires from my car that I can no longer use.
The offset on this wheel is 35mm so it is very close to the OE offset of 37mm, but the bolt pattern is wrong. So I have to get a set of adapters and was checking to see the specs on the bolts.
the bolts that I have now are 1.5 x 14.
any suggestions on a place to order adapters?

Mercedes bolt pattern is '5 X 112'. Usually adapters or hub-centric spacers help fit wheels with different center bore not different bolt pattern. Don't believe those type of adapters are available or may be very hard to find.

wheel bolts for aftermkt wheels on cy C230 coupe
I have the Flik Lex 17x8, 5x112, 35 offset wheels w/ 235/40/17s Yokohama AVS that I want to put on my C230k. The wheels were originally on my 99 A4 and worked fine. With the new rims they sent me new spacers that were for a C320 (which I'm told should work with C230). When i got to the place the MB wheel bolts were too long for the wheels (about 15mm). I went around town to NTB, Autozone, and Firestone but no luck. I plan to go to Discount tire on Sat. Any other suggestions?

I had the same question last week. I also went around Houston to find the right bolts but no luck. You may try Prestige Wheel for custom length bolts. Or you can cut the bolts to the right length. That's what I did

okay, just curious. if you have wheel bolts that are a bit too long, is it safe to cut them shorter? also, contemplating getting spacers for the looks. are they safe or not worth the headaches? thanks.

I think the point of real shorter bolts is not the ridge part (where u can cut) but on the non ridge part where the wide part meets the narrow cylider-shape part (okay yeah i'm not a great describer or know the terms 
).....hope it make sense. Just go to discount tire they'll find the right bolts for you......

Alloy Wheel Bolts
For all those people who have changed there Mercedes factory alloys, can you check to see which bolts you have on at the moment and whether they are your original bolts or new ones which came with your wheels?
I added some 18 Wheels recently and was given new bolt bolts from where i bought the alloys and these are really poor quality and have started to corrode. I still have my orignal bolts and i have asked the dealer if i can put these on but they would not advise me as my wheels are not Mercedes Wheels.
Does anyone now ?
