I was planning on going to a muffler shop and asking them to set up a custom exhaust with one muffler with dual tips, one stretching out to the other side, and possibly taking off the resonator. I know there are people in this forum that have done this with their W203 and was wondering how much I should expect to pay.
Also, check out this rear bumper with carbon fiber rear diffuser: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2001-...Q5fAccessories
Much appreciated!

relax just wondering the cost to expect, and I did search. It's just when I looked through the exhaust thread, i got tired off all the b*tching (such as above) that I just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. oops.

Hey Anthony,
This all depends on what exhaust you want to go with. I know a high class muffler shop you will be looking at 600 dollars with MagnaFlow exhaust. Since MagnaFlow runs around 300 dollars i'm thinking the shop charges 300 dollars for this job.
At a high class muffler shop = 300 for job
-----------------------------------------
Magnaflow = 300
Remus = 700
eisenmann = 1,200 - 1,300
Those are the price range you should expect to pay.
This is one inlet to dual outlet including mandrel bent. Mandrel bent is better and it's a must so make sure you mention it.
Also since they would be cutting your bumper try to buy a diffuser so they can do the cutout based on that.
Good Luck

Sure, Here is Roland's (Rollnnn) setup. I believe he paid 600 for the MagnaFlow and tips.
