In order to hook up a phone you need a bluetooth kit ( after market ), or a MB cradle with the Motorola v60i phone.

Phone Installation
Hello everyone,
I know this topic is already covered, but maybe because of the amount of data available it seems that i can't find my answer.
I have C320 2002 and i would like to activate the phone option. First off i don't know if my car is prewired or not, or if the guy who owned it before me had made any changes.
I know that i have a mic just behind the center mirror, and in the compartment under the arm rest has an RJ45 look alike jack, when i press on the Phone option, the system simply says "No Phone".
Can anyone help me in how to tell if the car is preequiped or not? and how to find the right cradle/bluetooth or the remaining parts to get the phone system working.
Thanks!

i believe all US cars come from the factory pre-wired.
you just need to purchase everything that is required to operate the factory phone/ blue tooth system.
the argos system is going to be much cheaper.

Thanks for the information guys, actually i'm not intrested in a Bluetooth solution when it will cost me around 800$, i prefer using an MHI cradle.
Can someone tell me from where to get good MHI cradles (other then ebay), and once i get the cradle is it just a matter of pluggin it under the arm rest? since my car is prewired.
