That thing is so ugly. I cant believe it. Why would anyone write an article about a car thats so tacky. What is up with that spoiler. If you havent seen it, check out this months Eurotuner. But be warned that car is the worst looking fixed up new C class I have seen. I buy magazines to get ideas on how to make my car better. But I am sorely dissapointed in that magazine. Also I think that they lied. It says all he has is a chip and exhaust and he claims "215hp". I doubt it. I talked to the chip manufacturer and they said it would give the car 180-190hp if that. I was considering the chip and they said they had an in house dyno to show before and after. So, I know that the Pornstar C Class was there and it was dynoed. I just think they lied about the hp to make it look better on paper.

The write an article for advertisers to help promote their business and the industry in general (in this case "gear") because they support the local racing/import scene. Also, he pays for advertising, his products get featured in the "gear" sections all the time. Magazines are not written for free. Its a "You scratch my back, I scratch yours" scenario.

That's why shop's cars are always featured, it promotes the industry overall. My car may be in there one day.

I understand this concept but honestly it really hurts their image as a tuner magazine. All my friends laughed and made fun of the car and the magazine. It made me embarrased that they did that to a C240, let alone a Mercedes. The article says that **** Star brought them the car and so they did their magic on it. If that is all they are capable of then I need to discontinue my subscription. Im sure that the mods were free but still they need to think about the readers. Magazines get popular when readers feel that there is something useful and meaningful in their articles. The articles on featured cars should be something that normal people can not do. It should show something nice like in European car with the Carlsson C class. That car is beautiful. It is something I can appreciate and look up to. The Pornstar C Class does not and cannot compare. They should have just left it stock. Dont they know its not a civic and why on a C Class. Of all the cars out there they had to do that to a new C.

And to think I was looking forward to the article when the chip tuners told me about it. I was disapointed. If anyone cannot get a hold of this magazine I will scan a pic of it for people to see if requested.

Sorry for the big pics...i shrunk it too...anyways look at the stats...I dont think the C240 can reach 155 with just a K&N stock replacement, chip, and exhaust. This article is just too funny.

The car isn't THAT bad, but the spoiler is just god awful.

You have to remember, this guy is white, and he's trying to fix it up like he's asian. Stickers are just stupid, but they probably paid him something for having them on during the shoot. The wing is just stupid, I have a rice rocket and I wouldn't use it. Causes drag and is just moronic. His JL Box is pretty ****ty not even flush mounted into the trunk. His rims are soso, the front end is the only thing going for the car and he has no interior mods. This car is only in the mag because he works for **** star.
