Cars will be sitting for two and a half weeks.
My mother's 2010 ML350 and my 2002 C240 will be sitting around for two and a half weeks while we're in China. The C will sit in the hot sun :/ unless I manage to squeeze it into the garage. Are there things to do while these cars sit? For instance, I hear the fuel goes bad after a long period of time..
Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't sweat it for 2 1/2 weeks. Fuel won't be an issue for that short of time. Just try and run the tank down if possible, and fill up with fresh when you get back.

like every one said the car will be fine, new cars sometimes sit on lots for 90+ days before being driven our touched and they all start up and are fine, bad gas is more in the 1 year plus range I think then 1-4 months area.
Do get a car cover or at least a sun visor for the dash, and make sure to give it a nice bath when you get home.

I just let my 2001 C240 sit for 2-1/2 weeks while I visited the 2010 Shanghai Expo from May 25 to June 10. It started up like I used it the day before. By the way General Motors and SAIC had an excellent pavilion at the Expo, although it is a 3 hour wait just to get in.
