2004 Civic Si. FWD for the Win!
They will tighten up the ride, as they do not offer the compliance of stock (the good side). Lubrication is more important with them than the OEM bushings - once the lubrication goes, it can definitely get noisey (the bad side). That's why those Prothanes in the Summit listing have the little tube of lube in the pic.
ES bushings come in red and black; the black tend to make less noise; those are the ones I have in my CRX. Not sure if Prothane has the same options or not.

OH heres a new treat, decided to try some copper translucent paint on my wheels, came out good and was a hit.

its a permanent translucent paint I did... I did 3 stages of the translucent paint and 3 stages of clear. So if I want to remove it it'll take some wet sanding to take it off.
Hey always trying to be a little different and try new things. It's like you and CRX kinda, once you have it the same for awhile you kinda wanna change a few things here and there to upgrade it or make it look different to keep the enjoyment of having it.

Speaking of that, I have a new fire extinguisher to slap on - got an awesome bracket for my rollbar for it; have some new rollbar padding to put on, and will be installing a voltmeter in the glove box - crx's Odyssey small battery keeps draining for a reason that I can't figure out. Then have to redo my sunroof's headliner in alcantara, and the crx should be ready for the Niagara Falls meet in a month.
No, phister, we're not alike at all.
Have some small updates on the Benz I'll be putting in my thread hopefully tonight.

Someone buy my stuff lol need these spare parts gone haha got my grill, OEM sways bars (F&R), SS brake setup w/stoptech lines (will part out if need be). Maybe some other stuff I'll have to look in the garage.

dropping the car off at friends shop to get my roof painted jet black w/pearl tomorrow and having some scratches touched up. I'll take some pics when I get back from my mini family trip.

How after a 4 days outta town and a lot of tan lines and burns I'm back in town and will ship everyones parts out that bought stuff. Sunday was a long day at the 2nd annual Honda Fetish meet in DFW. a lot of nice cars and our new crew represented. ROYAL COUTURE! Friend Jack won best TL in his first entry. Congrats man.
