I have the V12 on my car for about 2 years. Nice tire, good handling, good wet performance, fairly quiet. I'm happy with them.

Just had a new set put on the other day. LOVE THEM! It rained hard that same day and I was able to maintian 70mph comfortably.

Quiet, great handling and response and have been upgraded in the past 3 months to a better compound rubber.

Go for it, you wont regret it

They were recommended to me by various tire dealers as the best bang for the buck summer performance tire. Picking up a set this week to swap out my snow tires.

i have them...cold days they are hard as hell. still tracks well, but harsh. tire soften up above 70 deg temp. cheap tires for the performance can't beat it. another alternative would be the HTRZIII.

I bought the car with Toyo Proxes at about 80%, I liked the grip but they were extremely noisy.
I Wore those down and bought Federal Performance tires (forgot the series number), They were great for the first 5k miles, Then bubbles started developing on the inner side wall.
Got those two replaced and had the issue again.

I sold the two good ones to a buddy, So He could rip into them on the track, that's when I decided to buy the Hankooks.
If I upgrade to an 18" wheel this summer, I will not hesitate a bit to buy another set Hankook Evos.

thanx for the f/u info, its helpful to know what tires are compared to ie. bridgestone s04 compares very differently to a kelly all season touring tire.. ,,,,,

i had considered federal tires a while back, im suprised to hear of the poor quality examples u experienced

+1 about the upgrade. Just got set for the AMG. Insisted, as did the manager, on fresh dates at Town Fair Tire, nice to know it had an unknown benefit!

Remember to break them in for 500 miles.....
