Oil in cylinders
Hi, i've had my check engine light be on for the past month, and just recently I got it checked out. The codes that were given to me were p0456 and p0203. I was told p0456 could just be a loose gas cap and is not much to worry about, but p0203 is caused by the cylinders misfiring. I opened up the engine and found there was oil where the coil pack sits. (2 of the 4 cylinders were filled with oil)
I have a 2005 c230 K, and the engine looks like this I do not know if this is a result from a loose spark plug, or there is something wrong with a seal of some sort. What would be the best way to approach this? Thanks a lot for any help!

uhhh.. do a tune up and change the affect parts; coil packs and plugs as a starter. Since you are at it, mind as well change the whole thing, it ensures a clear state of mind in the long run.
When as the last time you did a maintainence? What does it say you are due in for? Service A? B?

jiffy lube changed the oil for me about 4 months ago.

I had the same problem with the oil leaking. It is not a result of oil topoff. I replaced the four seals around the spark plug recesses and the seal around the whole valve train cover in order to fix the problem. I did not have any codes, but the oil leaking was a concern, even though I didn't appear to require any oil adtion between the oil changes.
