I would hope that there is no one here who would side step the clutch on there own Mercedes. Has anybody even herd of one of theys tranies blowing up befor you say it can't handle additional power? I say it can! I'll really find out after the stage 4 clutch install.

IMHO, any attempt at any increase in HP above a reasonable amount will not be given a warm reception by the car's internals. But if you do go through with it, good luck to you. I'd love to see someone really push these cars a little more out of the comfort zone and see what happens.

Is a Dirty Harry reference really too old for people to remember these days?

No one minds someone trying to learn. But the questions you have asked have no answers, not even for the "experts". Mercedes only supplied a 6MT in cars up to 300HP. Cale, as far as I know and I talked to him almost every day through August, was only increasing his engine power up to what the SLK350 had.. all within spec for the 6MT. Your car is a rare breed and you're going to be mostly flying blind if you do all that you talk about doing to it.
If you want help, you may want to ask answerable questions and not be rude to other members. You don't get to decide who posts where. I've answered your questions several times when they can be answered. I cannot, however, speculate on the strength of the internals of a 6MT - however, I can say that for whatever reason Mercedes offered it on 300hp and below. That IS an answer, it just isn't what you're wanting to hear.

The Benz enthusiast community is small to begin with, and then when you factor in those who are truly interested in performance or bettering their cars in any direction, those numbers shrink down to a size that would not support much of an aftermarket at all. It's truly a perfect storm of as far as aftermarket goes.

"Bettering" the car is a relative term. What seems "better" to some of you seems tasteless to others. For example, I prefer cars unmolested. If I want a performance car, I'll buy a performance car. Trying to make the cars something they aren't seems a huge waste of time and money. The stock W203 models are fine cars even across trim levels depending on what you're looking for. Modding them just compromises them in some other way.

Still awaiting the quantifiable “Evoooolution” in this thread.
Says the man who saw fit to install aftermarket headlamps and ‘07 wheels on his C, although too not much molestation happening there to be sure.
Those are certainly worthwhile upgrades IMHO.
My little W203 appears virtually stock to the untrained eye, yet continues to surprise (some) pesky participants during HPDEs.
Sharing “…what have you done to yours?” in the paddock afterwards contributes mightily to the pleasure derived from this hobby.
Frittered away two days’ net income on DIY suspension hardware modifications within a month of driving a new GMC home.
Almost no one noticed any difference (including the Mrs.), except for inquisitive neighbors eyeballing and chatting up my quality time in the garage.
Wouldn’t have it any other way.
One MBW friend judiciously tweaked his (1 of 300 in the U.S.) GT-R’s promptly upon delivery. Even Mr. Ruck installed MBSA accessories on his pristine CLK.
That’s part of what makes us enthusiasts.

The rims are OEM and the headlights exact replicas of OEM.. so it ends up looking like an unmolested newer C-class. No count.

That focus is a monster right now. Actually faster than the 330 and the 350. . Not for long tho.
Side note. My buddy with the focus has been trying to persuade us that he is more EURO than the MB and the BMW... He also has supporting halo headlights and a euro license plate on the rear side window..

LOL. My c55 used to destroy it back when I had it. My buddy did the whole turbo project in his driveway.. Surprising what 203whp and 204wtq can do in that little light car. It has NO power windows, NO ac, No rear seats, NO rear interior panels. .
