I own a 2005 c320 4matic. I had the car for 6 month. Ever since I own the car the esp malfuction displays in the center dash message screen. I've noticed when i turn the key to the on position, there is no ESP icon present. Also the esp button does nothing (doesnt light, no beep, no esp icon.) There are no other warning lights or icons. What can possibly be the cause of this and how can i fix it. Thanks

Check the ESP fuse or it could be a faulty ESP...then you have to change it all.

Wheel sensor, Yaw sensor in trunk bumped by something & needs re-plugging. Difference in rolling circimference rear wheels to front wheels exceeding 2%. Many possible reasons.
One common reason is corrosion in the ESP harness plug. Unplug & clean with switch cleaner. The ESP module is mounted on the face of the ABS block.
