Anyone here have experience with woodtrim.com?
I found out that http://www.woodtrim.com make carbon fibre kit for w203sedan. Anyone here ever purchase product with them? Their Carbon Fibre dash kits is only $230 dollars. I don't know if they are real or not. And do I have to do the molding installation myself?
Here is a picture of the parts that they can make.
Thank you,
Nico

My last car had a CF kit from them. Their service was great and the product was well made. Believe it or not it was real CF with a plastic coat, not CF vinyl coated. I know because they gave me several extra parts (for example the manual and auto shifter were both included) and I took them down to the bare CF.
I looked around at other people's kits...not going fully custom {obviously that will look better but will cost about 10x as much} and it's the best kit around.
If you check out my website...its under past cars...maxima....pictures...mods. You should see some close ups of the CF kit.

Are they stick on CF those? Do I stick this CF kit on to my originally wood trim? Can the install be done as a D.I.Y. job?
Also, how long did u wait for your shipment to arrive when you ordered it?
Thank you,
Nico

Here's the thing...I learned a lesson with these kits.
I had wood at first and it doesn't cover every inch so you see some wood and CF...that looks bad. If I were to do it again i'd...
1. Remove all wood parts
2. Sand wood off of parts
3. Smooth out parts
4. Spray flat black
5. Install CF
Any part that isn't completely covered in CF is black and won't stand out at all.

Erik,
As I can see from the diagram above, I think the CF kit does not include include the door panel parts. Do u know which area i am talking about? The wood panel right underneath the window.

Yes, the long piece of trim.
In that case you might want to buy the Sport Sedan metal parts, those wouldn't look too bad near the CF.
