Just when I thought I'd seen it all - C320

I have a C320 Wagon Loaner, and, as is true to my luck with Mercedes Benz, got a puncture on Saturday.

When I changed the wheel, I found a pair of cotton gloves packaged with the jack!

This sort of attention to detail is what makes me like Merc. Even the fact that the gloves are cotton and can thus be washed again must have required thought.

BTW, I am really falling in love with this car. I am saddened that the MB-buying public has relegated these fine machines to loaner status.

Cheers
Raymond

I also saw gloves with the spare in the C230K. I think there was also plastic bags to put the flat tire in, presumably so the trunk did not get dirty. All nice touches.

The plastic is also to be used as a ground sheet to protect your clothes from dirt.

C32 has gloves and plastic...

but no spare. Go figure.

The excuse is weight savings. I believe even the battery is smaller in the C32...

There is an air pump and a can of fix-a-flat in a styrofoam thingy.

There is also a jack....

That sucks. I would want a spare.
