Nobody thinks it looks weird that the command unit is surround by black and the other parts are silver?

It's such a shame the new NAV isn't compatible with our current d2b setup! I'd give my left nut to retrofit that into my car...sob sob.

NEW PICS

Thanks for the pics. Definitely best selection so far. Other than the front bumper, it s somewhat difficult too spot the external changes. Also, I did not see the LED lights...

I noticed the analog and climatronic versions. Gee, I wonder if the "climatronic" version will be retrofittable :p he he

Will hp remain the same? I heard the C240's hp jumps to 190...?
Anyone?

I like the new interior, but especially the analog gauges. I guess MB finally realized it was the right thing to do!

I somehow am very unsure if i like the coupes tails or not? i would like to see them smoked. Eric hurry up and do it!

The new coupe grill is like the SLK and ML only silver. And to me the front bumper can resemble an M3.

Yes the grill is direct SLK look...I was thinking about doing that and painting it black, but I think I like the slots better, not sure though.

I think personally if u are going to do it black use yours, it will look alot cleaner then having the holes or whatever u call them.

Well, my SLKs grill was black and had holes...I liked it, but I think black slots look sooo much better.

Yeah, but the SLKs black grill will not be as shinny as a painted grill, and once its painted it looks better to look smoother to me.

dunno if u noticed, d sedan's grille now only has 3 slats. mb has a thing wid these slats...in my a class a long time ago, during d midlife facelift, they added a slat from d original 3 to four, now for d c class, they minus a slat to make the 4 down to three....

Good news is these updates are awesome........Bad news is I wish my car had them!!!

I will point one thing out however, it seems like the new updates (although nice) don't seem to blend 100% with the bubbly dash...or is it just my jelous-ness?

MB should have used these gauges. The W209 one. It looks alot better minus the Clock. Layout is much nicer.

I think interior changes look very good compared to the existing car. In fact, this may be the best gauge cluster I have seen on an MB in some time. IMO - better than the E and CLK. I prefer the new C since it has real guages for temp and fuel instead of the lighted bars. Also, the clock seems to be not very sporty and a waste of space.

For comparison

MB

Audi (S4 mind you)

EXACT same thing.

Now I dont have anything against AUDI. They have vary nice clean interiors.

But it looks nice in an Audi. I don't particularly like in a benz. It does look sporty and I can see why MB has done this, as they want to make there cars more sporty. nothing wrong with that.
