Why is this happening with my 01 C320

- my car vibrates violently when in any gear besides neutral.
- I have 2-3 different ticking noises that come from my dashboard when I turn my car on, then it stops after about 5 minutes
- the car jerks hard when I speed up after already going a decent speed (above 30).
- it squeaks really loudly when I'm going over speed bumps or driving over a bumpy road but only when I'm going slow??
- I've noticed that after I park that there's a small amount of smoke coming from my car and it's literally only from driving around town.

I just want answers or maybe suggestions as to what these problems could be. My dad (who pays for my maintenance) won't go to any other mechanic besides my ****ty one.

Motor mount . Transmission mounts. Can cause the violent shaking. Lots of studd can cause the jerking gears like valve body issues

The "violently when in any gear" might be the rubber doughnut the connect the drive shaft to the rear differential.

Those are the driveshaft dampeners. Should be one at the transmission and one at the differential.

OP you would need to get up under the vehicle and look at them to make sure they aren't cracked/rotted. I just replaced mine on my 06 C230 but they weren't too bad.

Something Slow
the Ticking In the Dash is the Arms that open and close the Vents for the A/C.. one or a few is broken.. and is a PITA to replace.

you keep dudes in your trunk? On another note, that was just a suggestion to possibly send you in the right direction, i hope you had the shop inspect your mounts before replacing them because there are also Flex discs on your driveshaft that can contribute to vibration. Squeaks are common suspension bushing noises (stabalizer bar bushings)
