i called AI design (car tuner shop in ny somewhere...), a kleemann authorized shop and spoke to Gil about it. he said they have done the alloy pulley upgrade and it is $1175 total (which includes the labor)... hmmm...

Unless Long Island has expanded, AI is between Mt. Vernon and Harrison, which is on the mainland, not the Island. 
Might be worth a trip, just to see the current projects that they have going on. Website shows some pretty cool customizations.

What are they doing to it? Is it Lil' Romeo's second ccoupe that he can't drive? 
Though, I just found out that I need a new headgasket for my crx, so looks like my money will be diverted to project #2 for awhile.

i called kleemann again and they're sending me more information and they told me there is a place closer - west chester, pa (and i know where that is :p)

They told me about that place when I was giving thought to the leather/alcantara seating surface combo (mmmmmmmm...gotta love that!). I forget the name, but that should work better for you. Why don't you go ahead and get the Kleemann (and yes, I knew how to pronounce it - 5 years in jr/sr. high school - there isn't a soft sound in the whole language) pulley kit? You know you want it. Come on, everyone's doing it. People will think you're cool. (trying to get you to do it, since we need at least a couple of gineau pigs for every mod out there).
As an aside, do you know who starred in "Lost in Yonkers"? That's right, Mercedes Ruehl (from "The Fisher King", "Married to the Mob" - love that movie)! Talk about weird, huh? Circle of life and all that...

The 4cylinder intercooled kompressor system is for EU delivery cars that come without kompressor from the factory. No cars come to the USA this way. We do not sell the 4 cyl system here in the USA.

Kleeman's pulley kit.
Hey Young, Gil from AI design. The pulley kit that we spoke of the other day was a total success. The customer was suprised with the outcome of the upgrade. The real difference is that instead of just acceleration you now feel a real pull through all the gears. It's a painless upgrade even for the wallet for what your getting in HP gain. My client has done a before Dyno test and is getting a after test next week, let's see what he says.

Do you have a Canadian distributor selling your products at all, I was unable to see any on your site. Would I have to order all the way from Colorado. My last question is, have you had any thought to designing and selling any other performance parts such as Header, Cold Air Intake, etc? I have been looking for an online retailer that selling performance parts for the C230. Thanks for your time.

I forgot to ask. Which Aftermarket parts are there and where can I get them. I found the Rentech site, but there kinda pricey and it seems the increase they small amount of HP increase they list is not worth the cash.
