If you download the German pricelist you will find option code 301: Ashtray instead of storage console with lid and power port. Its a no charge option to get the ashtray.

To Clarify...
301 option code is an ADDITIONAL ashtray with a storage lid and power port in the location that we Americans (and some other areas of the world) get an over engineered cup holder/coin holder and cig. lighter.....
