Question Help building a body Kit

I want to build my own Aerodynamics kit for my C-230K Coupe. Does anybody have experience with something like this or know of any sites or anything with info about doing this.

do you have the proper equipment to shape, make, and bake the fiberglass or poly urethane that is needed to make the body kit? if you dont then i think you should just go out and buy one. If you want something really original then try going to a fabricator and see if they can help

I dont think you realize the expense involved in doing such a thing.

I have had some experience with polyurethane casting and using molds. My plan was to make a body kits that styled after the CLK DTM AMG. I was just wondering what kind of technique they use for making the body kit. If it was a stamping process, molding process or something else. I have looked on the internet but have found no information about it. I have seen people who have done it so I know it is possible.

wouldnt it be cheaper and much easier to just buy a body kit, at least similar to your expectations.

Well the thing is form the kits I have seen. They don't really change the car that much. If I could find a kit had that resembled a CLK DTM or atleast had some features of it. I want something with a little flare on the fenders to make the car took wider and set lower. But I would be okay with a front end that sits low and sweeps foward instead of going back under the car below the grill like on the C-coupe. Does anybody know of a body kit like that? I think the back could be pretty easy to modify an already existing kit and maybe the front too. The more difficult thing would be the sides don't you?
