Drove my wife in for work this morning. When I returned home, the easy entry and exit feature just stopped working. I was wondering maybe the ECU's a little off coz it happened to me once right after I bought my car. I tried resetting the ECU to no avail. Then, I tested the power seat and there was no response at all. I was shocked and then continue on to test the steering wheel column. Of course, that wasn't working either. Called my stealership 10 minutes ago and they set me up for tomorrow and gave me a loaner too. Nice people, a lot nicer than just one year ago.

I had the same problem, dealer supposedly fixed it. Apparently it is common on the 03s and early 04s.

i havent had any problems so far with power seat/steering wheel.

I had that problem too. Dealer replaced the door control modules 1 time and not back since. Wiedermann has that problem several times on his c32AMG.

This sounds more serious than just a blown fuse. I suppose they don't stock those control models in the parts department. That means they won't be able to fix it until I get back from honeymoon.

they might. C320 sedans have STD power seats and other C-Classes have them as options. even if it weren't at the dealer it wouldnt take them long if the part is local to obtain it.

I hope so. At this point, my wife and I did a calculation and decided that we should trade in our ride at the end of the year and move on to an AMG (man, she's got one hell of a lead foot :p ). I just want my car fixed and in respectable condition when we trade it in.

CLK's are sweet. I drove the CLK320 and CLK500 coupe and CLK500 cabrio at LMT this weekend. The 500's are sweet. The AMG's are freaking AWESOME!!!!!!

We signed up for the Chicago LMT and will get a chance to test out the CLK and SLK before we place our order.
