Windshield wasjer jets never installed
Ok so get this i got my service A done and i told them my winshield washers never work, I always wondered because it never said it was empty or anything, SO turns out they never put them in LMAO what do you guys think the germans just forgot about them :p

2918 posts later and you just find out you have no windshield wiper jets? WOW, you never used these jets to clean your windshield huh? ITs all good.....hehe

hey, thats what you should do! i already tired my SAT button was never installed. they didnt buy it.

yeah well, i had my COMAND replaced 4 months after i had it installed. so i told them the new COMAND they put in didnt have the SAT button and the one they took out did. they pulled my VMI and saw there was indeed a replaced COMAND. but they also noticed that my car did not have COMAND from the factory.
oh well it was worth a shot!

i rarely use mine unless the windshield is dirty, or if i used the wipers to remove moisture but it just smeared. i only use the headlamp washers before i wash the car and just to show them to people. they make such a mess.

Hey, I just bought my 05 coupe and one of the first things that I noticed was that the windshield washers didnt work! I was going to mention it when I take my car in for the first 3K comp service.

you should be getting a call from your salesman (again, "should be") in the next couple of days. I would mention it to her/him, or better yet, if you've got time, get it fixed now. It's a warranty item, and they should bend over backwards to make you happy.

let's see if you're car is plagued with the same winshield washer "German factory oversight" as HITMAN. Hopefully, this isn't contagious. Everyone should go out right now, and test their windshield washers !

hmmm, hadn't heard that one before. I'll do a search. Last I remember reading somewhere on these forums was the ML (not sure exactly which series) was manufactured in Alabama. not sure about other models though.
