SilverStar, i just purchased and applied x-pel to my bi-xenons last week. it was relatively easy to do myself. if you're thinking of getting them and applying yourself, go to their website www.clearbra.com and request for a free video that shows great examples on how to do it yourself. according to X-pel's claims, their "products are so strong that they are guaranteed not to yellow, crack or peel for 5 years after installation." i figured that for $45, getting a "5-year $1000 Light Protection Guarantee" was worth the money to protect the bi-xenons and the fogs. i purchased mine from performanceproducts.com.
so if it ever does turn yellow on you within 5 years, x-pel will most likely replace them with a new set.

Xenon present setting
it needs to be set to xenon present on your car if your car doesn't come with Xenon option.
Otherwise after you replaced to Bi-xenon on regular Halogen system, the headlight will turn off and on itself while engine is on.

Ok dealer is charing $95. Stealer is stealer. Now if anyone would kindly tell me the cheapest way to do it. I know someone bypassed the sys by adding a relay to the parking lights, wondering if you will get a malfunction when u try to turn on your headlights since I guess the original harness is unplugged? Can anyone here on the forum knows how to program it and would love to help out a fellow member? Thanks

Hey i was wondering if n e one knew of a website where i could order a bi-xenon lighting system.....????.....i already checked preformance products.com but there prices were about over 2'gs for the head lights.....(which is a fatty rip off)....now i kno everyone orders from steve....and the price is around 1200.....but does n e one kno where i can find one off a web site around that price too?...and not off e bay?..please respond with thoughts comments or suggestions....thanks

Hello,
I'm thinking to retrofit the bi-xenon headligts in to my coupe, but I read in the forum that beside the istallation and activation by the dealer its recomended to levelling the ligths, that's rigth??
how can I do it?
The inside buttom with the levelling mode will not work after the xenon installation?

I don't know if factory pre-installed bi-xenon have headlight washers, I think its an extra too but the self leveling feature comes with the bi-xenon.
They are legal without headlight washers, I have a CLK 200K of 98 with xenon and the washers was an extra too.

my car came stock with bi-xenons, so i have the headlight washers. the comand was a mod as well as climatronic. i have the power seat with memory package (C1), bi-xenons with washers (C4), leather, pano, bose, rain sensors, auto dimming mirror (C5), wheel package (C7), cd changer and 6 speed. those are my factory specs.
