Welcome AlpineBenz,

I just got my bi-xenons from him 2 days ago. It arrived in 2 business days and was packed very very well. As far as getting scammed, I wouldn't worry about it. He's very trustworthy. I'm sure a tonne of members can vouch for that.

AlpineBenz,

Steve (MBenzNL) has a great reputation on the forums from what I've seen. I've got a tentative appointment with him in January to install the COMAND system and possibly Climatronic in my car. Since we're both in LA, why don't you come down and meet him? I'm sure Steve (or I) will post when he'll be in town.

Bob

I am yet to hear a single complaint about Steve and I doubt I ever will. Ask anyone on this forum and they will say the same. He has a big reputation on this and other forums.

I might add... some parts are stocked in California. Returns only ever incur shipping within the US.

You will have no regrets, MBenzNL is an awesome team and will meet all your expectations and beyond.

I had two major purchases from Steve in 2004 and am slotted for another in early 2005.

Review these threads...

Enjoy your purchase, you'll love the command.

Not an attempt to fan flames but there was an isolated complaint which turned into a protracted thread but I dismissed it as a unique and unwarranted complaint.

Thanks again!

I think there has been more than one negative comment posted in the past. But based on all the positive responses, I would say that statistically your chances of having a good transaction with Steve are better than average.

I am sure there are more then just 1 complaint...it is impossible to keep eberybody happy and satisfied after having sold more then 200 bi xenon sets and approx 700 comand systems...some people expect weird things when they buy something (no matter what they buy)...

In general - however - I do think that I am not doing too bad...from a customer point of view...

greetingz,

greetingz,
That's right...I now remember one guy complaining about a scratch on a headlight when you specifically told him that it was there.

Strange choice of wording for a question regarding reputable forum member & sponsor. A search would have resulted in very enthusiastic recommendations. Here are 2:
