My Dealer Got their 1st W204!
I have been anxiously waiting to see the new C-Class in person. From the 1st pictures I saw, I thought it was ugly and looked more like a Chrysler Sebring than a Mercedes. After I saw it in person today, my thoughts on the car have changed dramatically.
The car looks amazing on the outside, nothing like a Chrysler Sebring. It will definately draw a lot of attention. I wish I could say the same about the interior. The interior is VERY plasticy and looks cheap. It does not feel like a MB inside. There are some cool things about the interior, like the pop up display and a few other tweaks.
I definately wouldn't mind owning a W204, but I think I will wait until at least 2009, maybe even 2010, that way I can avoid the new model bugs.

This may differ from the one that they have on display.
From what I've gathered from this forum, most dealerships are only blessed with one car. Some dealerships have them available for test drives, others apparently have them for private test drives where they drive the car to you. Since they only have one, the car can't be at two places at once. It might not be in their showroom.

I can't wait to see one in person
