too bad the ugly license plate is in the way of the nice AMG body kit. How I wish we don't have to put license plate up front

 

HIDs are always nice.
I have a problem with badging something it's not -- that's just my opinion. Looks nice though.

Why dont you get a real AMG and then you wont have to put the badge on.

Secondly, why the hell are you putting aftermarke HID's on this car? The lens/projector wasn't designed for HID, you are just blidning everyone in the opposite direction.

I'm sorry but you killed a perfectly good car.

 

Actually, those headlights are OEM bi-xenons. He just put some aftermarket 8000K bulbs in there to make it more blue.

 

He has P1 package according to his stats, so he purchased the BIX headlight assembly from the dealer?

 

Well I don't care for the AMG tag personally (both appearance-wise and because it is not an AMG), but to each his own. Personally I don't get half of the mods that most people do to their cars.

Not my car, so if you like it on your car go for it. Congrats on the new car!

 

It's still the halogen projector assembly. The bi-xenon and halogen assemblies on the W204 are slightly different from eachother and you can tell just by looking at it.

Not a fan of the AMG badge either.

 

 

hey guys is the amg emblem really that bad??I just though since the body kit for this car is design and rims are by amg thats was i put it there and plus i want my car to be different..

btw i didnt want to wait 2 months just to order the p2,thats why i just took the demo car and it didnt have it... thats why I put an after market HID..

But no need to laugh at somethign in someone's face. I understand why he did it, doesn't 'look' bad to me, its just misleading...and people who know, know that the C63 won't be out for a while.

maybe a few retarded people will think his car is really an AMG, but 90% of people will just laugh and be like, dude, thats just a c300, this guy thinks he has an AMG

but it does look pretty sick though kase1, i admit... just probably more people will think your a pose then people that think its an AMG

 

Basically anyone who doesn't know that it isn't an AMG probably doesn't know what an AMG is...all MB owners will know the difference, especially when the C63 comes out next year.

I used to drive a Mustang and have seen many on the road with Cobra and Saleen markings on them that any Mustang owner would know were just put on the car. I find it a bit odd myself.

But I still go back to my original post....it is his car and up to him. It is a very nice car and I say go with what you want to put on it. Heck you could de-tag it and put C63 on the rear if you really wanted to. From the pics I've seen of the C63, it won't look exactly the same, but it would certainly fool most.

 

Just get an AMG engine swap!
