Just took the C home (Black + Cognac Brown), pictures inside
After saying goodbye to my beloved W203, i took a new baby home.
Solid Black with Cognac Brown/Black interior, Vision package and Fold rear seat.
I really enjoy the car, awesome to drive and smooth, sound system (Harman Kardon) is decent but not up to my standard. Parktronic is very helpful. Looking forward to see the Bi Xenon on action.
Biggest improvement over my old C class is the aircon, quiet and cool the cabin rather quickly. Love the steering and the brake, big side mirror is good too. Can't complain about the interior, i feel the dash on my W203 is more beautifully form (rounded) but the new C has a solid feel to it. Black headliner is a welcoming change for me, i love the way it blend with Cognac brown leather. Black maple wood is very nice too. Glove box has shrunk, it has problem swallowing the manual.
More leg room on the rear but the rear seat itself feel smaller than the older C.

Congrats! First I've seen this interior color combo, they don't offer it in the states. It appears in the pictures as more of a reddish brown than a dark brown, is that the case in person? Also might add the first right hand drive car I've seen, cool

Love the red and solid black combo.
guess if the car can be lowered and upgrade the wheels to 18 inch would be nicer
Very hard to get after market kits in Australia; Carlsson / Brabus, the distributor charge ridiculous $$$
Best Wish with ur new car !!!

After coming from highly modified C class, I start to appreciate the car in stock form. Looks like i'm going to keep this car stock, apart from the audio system, maybe . Thanks for the kind word guys.

Very nice. For the life of me I can't understand why MBUSA won't offer better interior colors for the C and for all models for that matter. Someone would see that color on the showroom floor and have to have it and buy instantly.

That interior color is wicked....I would love to get that instead of the freakin black/grey interiors....these are so boring....
Now imagine this color interior on a white exterior....that would rock.
Congrats on your car

You Suck!
...because I'm so jealous. Come to the states, come 'on, you could get a black with black interior and plain aluminum trim, or a black sith cheesy grey/silervish color with plain aluminum trim. Why wouldn't you want that?
Very nice car, jealousy rages.

soooo true. espeically for MB-Tex, c'mon MB how hard is it to outfit different color seat?? they don't even offer the basic tan color!!! (unless you get the saks edition with leather) MB, you seem to outfit different options for different parts of region, the process is already inefficient.....

The reason the US has limited interior color choices is that the AMG package is standard on the "sport" C class models. If you configure a C class avantgarde with the AMG package anywhere in the world, the same choices exist as in the US. This is not MBUSA's decision, but central.

you mean if I configured a c-class avantgrade with AMG package, my interior choices is only grey or black, even outside of US?

A closer look will show this car is a Lux version with the sport grill conversion. Maybe it comes standard like that in Aus? My point being that the shift knob on the Lux version in the states is all leather, the one shown in these pictures is the same as the C63 leather/aluminum, without the AMG logo on top.
