Have your dealership take a look at your suspension system. Something must be wrong to cause cupping. Are you running anything modified? Springs? Wheels?

No, but my dealership wants to charge money even to inspect it... I talked to a tire shop and they said I need an alignment check and they said it would cost me 110. But if it wasn't that then it would cost me 25 for them just to check. Dealership said just balance tires and it will fix problem 90% of time, but tire shop said that dealership was wrong and its most likely my alignment.

It could be many things: alignment, suspension, wheels. I'm quite surprised that your dealership wouldn't even look at it as it could be a warranty issue(bad struts, etc). Best they could do for customers would be to take a look at it and if it is a balancing problem, they can just tell you and you can then pay for it to get it done.

Another round of ICE
Cupping is from alignment issues. I would go to dealer or very high end European body shop.

This type of wear is caused by misalignment and aggravated by insufficient inflation pressure.

The most common cause of cupping on front tyres is damaged front castor bushes (thrust arm/control arm bushes).

Check castor bushes for cracking or separation. Realign front. Mainly toe & castor, rotate wheels corner to corner to change their rolling direction every 7,000 to 10,000 miles. Do not run directional tyres.

Edit - if you have staggered set up - rotate across the same axle to change rolling direction.
