WTB: Trunk Spoiler, best OEM looking one?

I'm looking to get a black OEM looking trunk spoiler for my C300.
I've seen a few on ebay that look like crap..others look ok.

Can't remember who, but someone here got one from this seller and said they were happy.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33638

I'd rather get a pre painted one so i dont have to deal with the hassle of paint.
Is anyone selling one here? Or know the best spot to get one?

from the seller "Yes in stock. Painting takes 5 working days while shipping takes another 5-7 working days."

At the recommendation of another forum member (cant remember who) I bought one from that ebay seller as well and I'm happy. I've compared to the factory C350 spoiler and mine looks the same. Def a steal for the price.

I was very happy with JBSpeed's decklid AMG type spoiler. The paint match was perfect and fit was excellent. I think you can easily find him in the classified section of the forum.

I just bought one from the stealership. I know I paid too much but I prefer to have original genuine MB parts.

I purchased that exact trunk spoiler & a roof spoiler and I love it.

The spoiler will come pre-painted, just be sure to message him your car color

Seems like a few people are happy so I placed an order! Says it's going to take 5 days to paint and up to 5 days for shipping. I'll post some close up pics so everyone can see the quality as well as install pics.

Greetings,

After reading this and a few other replies, I have you recieved it yet?
Does it look good, and how did you install it, 2 way tape?
Any problems or concerns?

I would appreciate your opinion?

Although some may have been successful with only a tape installation, my local high-end customizing shop (MotorWerks, Commerce Township, Michigan) strongly recommended adding a bead of (I think it was) urethane to ensure adhesion. Then, they wanted the car to "rest" a day to allow it to set without any flexing. These guys only touch very high end stuff and I take their advice VERY seriously.

If you have a chance, could you confirm if it's urethane? The 3M tape starts to peel after a couple of months and having to re-do everything just for it to peel again 3 months later is annoying as ****.

Is urethane removable?

Ya the tape they provided is crappy. I think I'm just gonna glue mine as I don't plan to ever take it off anyway.
