Quad Exhaust original parts
I have checked the sizes of the tips are are the same of C63; the only think diferent can be the alignement.
For sure it's an easier solution than the others seen...
The other solution is puting the original C63 exhaust... has someone tested it?

I need to find out the following dimensions before I order the part;
A. The total width of tailpipes from side to side.
B. The overall length of the tips from exhaust connection end to the tip.
C. The internal diameter of the pipe that connects to the rear exhaust box.
I was told by a dealer that the rear box outlet on a W164 is 66mm which seems quite large.
I will post this on the W164 forum too in the hope someone there can help.
Thanks in advance,
Teb
I ordered my quad tips that look just like that and were made for w204's. Then all you need is the quad tip diffuser which has enough room for the two tips to fit on each side.
Maybe I am missing something, but why do you need the sizes and all?

Hi, diffuser is already fitted however I am using a non standard rear box and my vehicle is a diesel. When you say your tips look like this are they this exact part number? If not please could you provide details of the ones you got.
I ordered some tips from a guy on ebay who had construted the y-piece and non mercedes tips and you`d be horrified at how they fitted. After getting them to fit they rusted horrifically within 3 weeks. Now he`s not playing ball or admitting they were his tips! I had only done 60 miles and the car was covered in my car port. These amg tips are very expensive so want to make sure they will fit. The exhaust guys here are useless and wont mod or construct anything. I even have 4 mercedes oval tips for someone to construct the y-piece and couldnt find anyone to do it.
Going back to the dimensions I would assume the width is not an issue. The length could be because of the positioning of the rear box. The diameter could be a problem as with the previous ones I got. I think my box exit is 54mm. Any info you can provide will be helpful.
Here are the tips I bought

Doesn't look like the seller has anymore but I have seen other threads floating around where the person has exact same tips. I haven't had any issues with them at all. My shop had to cut the pipe a little bit to make them the perfect length and just welded them right on. I also had the x-pipe done.

The seller seemed to had 2 pieces and this other guy seemed to have bought the second one. I would message the seller and see if he has anymore or can arrange for anymore. If not, look on ebay for something like that.
