My second W204... 2011 C300 inside
I used to have a Canadian spec 2010 C250 4matic. I loved the car but it needed more. Time came for a swap and i ordered up a 2011 C300 fully loaded. The steering is far more direct, engine is smoother allowing the transmission to shift smoother. I also got the command, folding mirrors,etc.. Much better!
A couple pics:

And a little factory error!!

2011 QUESTION
Not brake lights, not turn lights, but TAIL lights. They go on about how fast they illuminate blah blah..
Would you please check your rear lights (not the turn light segment, please) and see if they are LEDs or the old incandescent bulbs? You could also pull off one of the rear covers in the trunk and check there.
I await with baited breath......

According to the MBUSA website (on the Build your own page), the 2011 W204 has LED taillights.

Switches on your parking lights, so the eyelids turn on and some lights on the rear, along with the yellow/orange side reflectors.
My sister has a 2011 with the beige interior. She didn't get the xenon lights like you, so the inside of her headlight housing is blacked out like the c63. Also, to turn on the rear foglight, the square button to the left of the light switches has three uses. Press once, LED turn on, press again, rear fog turns on and led turns off, press a third time and the LED turns back on and the rear fog turns off. I am 99% sure this is the routine, and that you can never have the rear fog on and the LED, but I could be wrong, I have to check on this again.
Also, in my sisters car, they are not LED brake lights, running lights, or turn signals. Just plain Jane halogen. But, her reverse light is much more bright and white then my 2009 c300. It is not an LED, just maybe a different type or wattage? Hers is also a south Africa build, so that could maybe account for the difference?
To answer your questions about the interior. Very minute changes have taken place:
1) No more traction control button on/off between the air vents, this has now moved into an option to enable in the speedometer cluster via the steering wheel controls.
2) There is no chrome around the window buttons on the doors, it is now brushed aluminum, but you can barely tell the difference.
3) The center hub where the command or audio 20 is located is now gray with sparkles in it? I dunno if that is because her car is beige interior and mine is black, or if they are all like that now.
4) The LED daytime running lights is the obvious difference, but they don't come on the luxury, only the sport, at least for now. So my sister got the sport and is going to put the luxury grille and star in after the fact.
5) The headlights come blacked out on the inside of the headlight if you get the sport model, but then disappears if you choose the xenon lighting package.
6) The actual PSI values of each wheel and tire and displayed in the speedometer cluster menu.
I believe that is all I have noticed is the main differences for right now, there could be more, but I have not yet noticed them yet.

LED taillights??
.....I checked and they are standard light bulbs in the tail lights...
Thanks for checking. Clearly MBUSA is once again screwed up. I might just send them a message:
"Dear stupid,"

Thanks for the detailed response. But I wonder why Mercedes Benz had to change the light switch for the 2011 model. Looking at the 2011 MY light switch, it looks like there is no longer a "OFF" mode for the light switch that the 2008-2010 models had, but just "Automatic", "Parking Lights", and "Low Beam Headlights". Is that right? I don't like the idea of having no "OFF" mode.
The main reason for this post was because I had completely left out one huge difference over the 2009 models, but I am completely drawing a blank right now... I will have to edit it in later when I remember.
EDIT: I remember now, the chimes are completely different. I am not sure if this change happened in 2010. But instead of the nice euro style chirp when you lock and unlock the car, there is now a cheap american style sounding horn beep. But one positive with the new chimes, is that the interior alert chime for the seatbelt is not nearly as annoying at all, and does not seem as obtrusive, you barely hear it and it goes away sooner I believe?
