tires for oz superturismo lm 19x8.5?
hi all
i've decided to get myself a christmast present this year, some new rims and tires. i've decided on the rims, these OZ Superturismo LM 19x8.5 with +44mm offsets, I'm going to be getting 4 of these all around, so my setup will be nonstaggered i think. I need to figure out what the best size tires and brand of tires would be. My car is a 4matic, if that makes a difference, and its not dropped nor do I plan on dropping it anytime soon. I plan on getting michelin, and these would have to be my year round tires so I dont really want to get summer performance tires that wont do any good in these icy new england winters. The recommended tire size is 235/35-19, but i was trying to figure out if i need something more low profile than that, or wider than that since i really like the look of a wide tire, without it sticking out from the side of the rim. any recommendations? Thank you.

The +44 offset will sit pefectly in your car... I have +45 offset on all four corners and my car is lowered with H&R Super Sports, I have zero rubbing
235/35/19 tire size will be perfect IMHO
I don't think you'll be able to find anything with an aspect ratio lower than 35 on a 235, 19 inch tire... They start making 30 on 245 and wider tires
Im not sure what's best for snow... I haven't heard bad things with Michelins

i'm running 235 35 19 up front and they look like a good fit to me. I wouldn't go any lower profile because it get pretty bumpy sometimes. As for the width it's very subjective, but it's definitely not stretched and it doesn't rub. not because of the width at least
