Thanks! Looking good! I'm starting to wonder if I should switch to 235 up front now.

I would do 235/35 in the front if I were you. It's already skinny enough as 235 imo.

Thanks. I will see if the shop will do an exchange for me. Besides the stretched look. Do you see any other disadvantage with going with 255?

Man I did not realize that the Niche m149 is 34lbs front and 35lb rear. I'm suddenly having buyers remorse.

Nah, but I would say the lips on mine are already exposed enough with the ones I have.

If I get out in time I can take a picture so you can see the size of wall and how exposed they are.

Hehe that's some chubby boys you are throwing on 😁.

What I was thinking is with 255 the rims are less protected from potholes. Seems the more vertical the sidewall the more it can protect the rims.

Update: After looking at some pictures of 255 on 19x8.5, I've decided 235 looks better. 255 looks a bit too stretched and exposes the lips to much IMO. Thanks Becksan for your images you posted on here a few pages back. Helps a lot. 235 with 265 combo looks perfect. The dealer I'm buying from swears 225 will match 265 better.

Maybe he got an overflow of 225's 😁. The most common combination I have seen while searching wheels and tires are 235/35 & 265/30 for 19" 8.5" & 9.5". The 225 sounds like a stretch when looking at my front ones.

Top is my front & bottom is my rear so you can see the lip is exposed on mine with the 235 & 265

Its alot of rim for this car and then you HAVE to run 25 out back to clear and 30 up front, they are rubber bands bro. Pair that with a drop and you kill the driveability of the car, and I beleive from reading ur posts its ur girls car mainly, she may kill you. Im running 19s w 40offset up front 8.5 on 235/35/19 and 45offset out back w 10 rears on 275/30/19 and the ride is rough dropped a half inch all the way around. I wouldnt dream of going 20s, I had 18s on my last C dropped w sports and it was 35mm offset all around and I could only clear w 255/30/18 out back and it was rough, I bent 2 wheels on pot holes being stretched like that. How much r u looking to spend and what style? I got 3 sets of shoes 2 sets are 10 rears and black Im gonna sell the one set soon

I was thinking of getting niche Milan 20", I was told I can run a 20x10.5 +55 in the rear as long as i have a 285/25/20 tire. would this work on stock set up

I had to put the stock springs back on the front because of how bad it was. I have stock wheels on right now for the winter but plan to lower the front back down and put the rohana's back on come summer. what tire size would you recommend me going in order to get rid of the rubbing?
With 8.5' wide tire you should go with 235. Im having rims build now. 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 as for tire size I will be running 235/35/19 front and 255/30/19 rear.

I am purposely posting a picture before installing springs; during my research, I could not find any pictures of wheels without suspension (for those out there wondering the same).

i need to buy new rims for my 09 c300 4matic sport. tire sizes are:
front: 225 45r17
rear: 245 40r17
can i buy the same size wheels for them? or do i need to get seperate sizes for the front & back (and try to find all 4 matching)? what size(s) do i need?

would something like this work (set of 4)?:

Got to test my set up today. Drove to downtown San Francisco from Sacramento today with 2 passengers, 1 big luggage, 1 carry on luggage, 3 back packs. Car was slammed and did not rub.

Posted my set up a few pages back but posting it here again.

Can anyone confirm the width and offsets of the black/machine faced 7 split spoke wheels that come optional with the AMG sport models?

I've found conflicting info. May just have to see if the offsets are stamped on the inside of the wheel when I install my springs.
