C350 Saks Fifth Avenue Edition
Newbie- Pics of First Saks C350 Mods
Hopefully I did this right.
2008 Saks C350
45% tint all around
New Flat Black front grill, bought a glossy one on ebay and plasti dipped it. Also plasti dipped the fog mesh grills but not the center grill because I couldnt take it out. Will paint it when I get a garage. Attempted to apply tint lamin-x but failed. I like the stock look anyway.
Not many more mods planned since I am very happy with the mb designers look. Just some tasteful details which make the vehicle a little more distinct.
Any suggestions for next mods? Thinking some new amg, vossen, or vmr wheels.

beautiful car, love the interior - is that the only change with the Saks edition?..I think you went a step backwards by plasti-crapping the grill - really cheapens an otherwise classy looking car.

Its all about personal taste - if you like it that is all that matters really, but I think it looks dull and sucks life outta the car - Maybe have it sprayed with actually paint? More gloss to it? Sweet car though - good luck

I really love the special edition two tone black and ivory interior -- don't do a thing to the interior.
VMR wheels would look really nice, but the AMG wheels you already have looks sharp. The 2010+ style mirror covers would improve the exterior and it's the best mod for your buck.

Good points by all. I may clear coat the flat black grill to give it more dimensions, post that and see how it goes.... I really dont want to touch the OEM grill.

The plasti dip will come off but it can be pretty tedious . I would go vmr for the wheels . Maybe go for an x-pipe to give your exhaust note a little more texture . Maybe spray the slats if the grill gloss black and the chrome pieces flat black on the grill .

All flat black = no good. It doesnt look rite since ur car is gloss black.. I would do the star and the chrome slats in gloss and the rest flat..
