Save some cash. Get the oil and filter change done and just buy the dust filter. Check everything else yourself and change out the wipers if they need it along with the cabin filter. I'm getting my brake fluid flushed with the oil change and I'm going to reset my counter myself if they won't do it. That's about $200 cheaper than the dealership here in Columbia, SC quoted me for service B.

Got the oil change over the past weekend, all I would need to do is cabin filter and brake flush? I thought service B had to do with transition flush or something like that?

I am lucky to have a service book which tells me every detail of the A & B Service.

It also tells of the additional work required on a yearly & mileage basis.eg brake fluid, ATM oil change , air & fuel filter spark plugs ect.

IMO I suggest you research what needs to be done then tell the dealer to do it.

Then you are in control of the servicing of your car ie the correct items at the correct time .

Good luck & enjoy being in charge !!

I agree, for those that are not used to working on cars. But, if you have the service book, and you are used to doing some mechanic work, all of these things can be done by the owner for about 1/2 the cost or less.

I didn't know you could replace the wiper blade inserts. Thought it was replace the whole blade.
