I have submitted my resignation as a Moderator, although I still plan to be a member. I did my best to try to assist with maintaining polite, positive, and productive posts. However, some individual private reactions to my best and well-intended efforts have eliminated my interest in holding this position any further. I wish you all well, and plan to stay a part of the community to make my own contributions from time to time, but will no longer have any role in moderating others' comments. Thank you.

In my opinion you did a good job & the site will be a poorer place without your moderate views.

Sad news. I thought your approach was spot on! Forums with less involved moderators are in shambles. You have done a great job. Thanks for your dedication Sport

Boo!
Let me guess... the whiners said something along the lines of you "abusing your power" right? As if you and other Mods can't wait to log in to MBW so that you can look for an opportunity to ban someone?
As with everything else, once it becomes a chore vs doing something you enjoy, it's time to step back...

Anyways, back on topic. Sportstick, you did a great job moderating this forum. It was always great to hear a voice of reason when things got hairy.

I am having difficulty understanding your meaning behind this. Are you referring to a car's value depreciating and becoming more available to the "poorer" community? Are you referring to certain ethnic groups now being able to afford it? Are some "crowds" as you refer to them more likely to stir things up?

There are a few members that when you see a post, despite of the subject, you automatically open the tread to read. I think this is the case. Sportstick, please continue to contribute with your knowledge and greate common sense.

Sorry your leaving the Moderator position. I thought you did a great job for the forum.
I also have seen the wise guy types increasing in number since I joined in 2008, and would not hazard a guess as to why.
