Becker Map Pilot Questions

Hi experts,

I am thinking of getting the Becker Map Pilot navigation for my car - 2013 c250.
Can people who have or had used the product provide some reviews of the product?
I noticed 3 reviews of the product on Amazon and they all said pretty much the product is horrible. However, on some UK mercedes form, some people are having no trouble at all. I'm having mixed reviews here.
Please shed some lights on this.

pay a bit more and do the COMAND NTG4.5 retrofit in your car!
the Becker Map Pilot is an improved nav system for audio 20/APS 50 systems but don't expect the world from it.

Look at some youtube videos of it in use, it looks fine to me. If you have an iphone, look at getting a Drive Kit Plus.

I've had it in loaners before. It's not bad - maybe a bit pricey, but it is well integrated and works alright. It's definitely not full COMAND, but if you want a well put together solution it's not a bad choice.

I just bought one last week from e-bay.
Programmed it yesterday and installed it last night.
Worked like a charm.

Only problem...the "latest" map update is from Q3 2011, over 2 years old!
I sent a question to Becker as to when we could expect an update.
