How can I fix this dent in my door?
Someone dented the rear driver side door of my car with what I assume to be a bicycle.. or at least I hope it was a bicycle and not an intentional knee to the door panel.
It didn't damage the paint, just created a very large indent and another smaller one next to it. It looks much worse in person. The dent really takes away from the look of the car because it draws your attention right to it.
I was wondering what the best way to fix this would be? Would it be possible to pop it back into place if I opened the door panel from the other side and pushed it in? Or would there be framework in the way? Has anyone ever taken a look behind the door panel? I wanted to see here if anyone had any experience with this before I start popping out panels and risking further damage to the car.

I've also seen people use a heat gun/hair dryer and a compressed air tank to do it.
Is there any chance this will damage the paint? I wont start seeing corrosion/discoloration or something like that later on?

Dry Ice, do a search it will pull the dent out. I have seen this done and it works. If you don't want to go that route the spoons that paintless dent people use can be found on line.

Very limited access with door panel removed. You may be lucky and push it out yourself but most likely you'll push too much and end up with a bump. Get a professional. PDR (painless dent removal) or SMART repair are phrases to google.
