Side markers?
Okay I've tried the search bar and really couldn't find a definite answer so I'll just ask this question real quick. I plan to get gunmetal rims eventually and I have a tenorite gray sedan. What color side markers look best. I want opinions so does clear or smoked look the best with those colors or should I just buy vinyl wrap and color match and just be prepared to get it taken off when it comes to inspection? Help would be great! Thanks!

I saw an Audi A8 documentary thing last night. Apparently in the US, the sidemarker has to be yellow. I'm not sure if the presenter was 100% right but thought that was worth mentioning, at least from a legal perspective.

sidemarkers for the front have to be orange, the rear red.
and it is illegal to change them

I would try plasti dip smoke over them.

i changed amber side markers on my 210 to clear/fresnel and replaced the
halogen bulb with an amber bulb. the turn signal within my headlight is typically
amber but I replaced them with silver/mirrored coated which lights up amber.
this eliminates the egg yolk look inside the headlight housing.

I have white so mines a bit harder to do than black...I had some extra plasti dip laying around so I gave it a shot...will make a "build thread" even though I have like 0 mods, it will be more of a discussion thread for me and I will post pics and see what people say. Its not a 100% color match obv.

My light output is pretty even, will post pics eventually in the thread. Still idk how i feel with superwhite on it. Cleaner than orange though!
