I don't think there is a fuse. It is controlled electronically by the unit mounted just beside it.
Pull the blower and connect it to 12v and see if it runs. If it does you will have a bad controller, or even the Climate Controller.
They are usually very reliable.
Best maybe to find an Indy with Star and get it diagnosed properly

Thanks for the reply. I read in one of threads on here it was a 40amp fuse. Not sure. Someone else mentioned it might fuse 25. Trying to check the obvious things first ? The blower must not be on its own circuit ?? Thanks in advance.

My understanding is that the Blower gets it's juice via a prefuse like the starter/alternator. If it were the problem many other areas would be down. I'd think the rectifier or fan motor should be checked first ..as mentioned the Climate controller is pretty solid.
Lots of info on replacing this part on Forum..the tricky part involves clearance to allow "twist off" of assembly, need to drop glove box a bit per posts.

Good deal !! The worse part of the R&R of the blower fan is working semi upside-down in the passenger footwell. Get a nice LED light "wand" or LED headlamp to get some real illumination in there. If you remove the battery cover in the engine compartment, you can see/feel the squirrel cage fan inside the intake....when you remove the fan you get the added bonus of light coming through the vent openings you uncovered !!

Only one twist for me when I R/R the blower fan was to remove all the screws holding the glove compartment and pull it forward about 1/2 inch for to allow enough room to twist off the blower assembly free.
