no power good batt
09 c 350 sport so I parked rhe car for a week and went to move it and won't start nothing opean door no dash light's no interior lights nothing put key in it turns but nothing but opean truck and have power also the blower motor won't shut off I'm lost any one has had this issue and what was it I went through all fuses all good fuse block has power none triped I'm a ase mechanic for gmc and never ran in to this befor I have no comm with obd its like to ecm pcm are dead

Which battery did you replace?
Is it your car, or do you work at a shop and it's a customer's car?
Where are you located?
Have you thought of using spell check? It'll fix all the errors in your first post and make it more understandable.

it's my personal car and this car onley has the one batt under hood by the Cowell on passenger side and that's the battery that's been replaced with oe iv check in truck for auxiliary battery nothing check under seat and picked up back seat nothing iv asked the dealer and was told only one batt

Hmmmm, try disconnecting the battery for about 15 minutes. During that time, put a voltmeter to check the actual voltage of the battery. Try disconnecting the ECM, as well, to "reset" it.
I would also check the wiring under the hood. Any field mice where you live?

iv left it un plugged for 2 days and nothing no the car is in a garage no mice is they a main fuse some were and what Strange is the dome lights come and go I was playing with it yesterday and I got them to come on but they shut back off and nothing again but I have power in the truck trunk latch works but nothing in front of car back seat forward nothing could this be a sams mod going bad their r 2 one in front one in rear the reason I say i think it's going bad is because the blower motor says running as soon as I connect the neg back up and iv check for a draw it's low nothing crazy but its their because of the blower motor running and if it was the eis the key would not turn at all right ... so it can't be that and the car would still have power I have nothing to front opean door no dash lights turn light switch on nothing turn key on and try nothing I'm so lost

No power at the OBD port makes me think there is a blown fuse somewhere. Have you checked all locations? Google or search YouTube for more info.
There are three locations:
1. Fuse box on the driver's side of the dashboard
2. Fuse box in the engine compartment on the left-hand side of the vehicle, when viewed in the direction of travel
3. Fuse box in the trunk on the right-hand side of the vehicle, when viewed in the direction of travel
The fuse allocation chart is located in the vehicle tool kit in the stowage compartment under the trunk floor.

There are also fuses in the pre-fuse block. In the past few weeks I’ve seen a couple of problems with blown fuses in there. Symptoms are “strange and wonderful” failures with all the other fuses checking good.
Just guessing, but maybe.
It’s the part underneath the red sliding cover for a jump start. It’s also got a component called the “quiescent current relay” whose job it is to begin to remove “consumers” from the battery load when the car is not started for an extended period, like parked at an airport. That’s the thing that’s supposed to “wake the system up” when you open the door after the car has been parked.

thank u for the info ima check that in the am so that kind of makes sense the power distribution block on driver side has no power so that unit sends power to that block witch controls the power to the car I checked to day and its dead iv check Continuity through each fuse and all checked out good how do u clget that block up and out do i need to take the 2 power lines and one ground off it it also looks like a air bag plug runs in the the side if u would be willing to talk can u send me a email with your number so I can pick your brain on this one my email is dunnleydoorite@gmail.com my name is john and again that's for any input thes cars are so much electric components it's not like the chevy or gm I am a a tec for gmc and the benz system is sooooo different its crazy

The YouTube video says to check the terminals on the pre-fuse bloc. This is okay but you can only get to the top 4 without removing it. The top plug that he removes is the pyro fuse connector. The pyro fuse is what disconnects the car from the battery in an accident. If that plug DOESN’T go back in, you will need to get a replacement.
The other link is a successful repair of a blown fuse in the prefuse bloc.
